Goal

Change the time before an ApplyChargingReport is considered AWOL by ACS.

AWOL (Absent Without Leave) is a mechanism that has been built in the Advanced Calling Services application to prevent network issues to consume resources on the Service Logic Controller (SLC).

Its general idea is to free application resources in case a network element (such as a MSC) did not send us the message we expected after a certain time period has elapsed, to release the resource(s) used by the call.
