We are experiencing instances where the same EDR is sent to the CM multiple times, causing overcharging.

This seems to happen mostly in timeout situations or cases when the CM connection has been determined to be lost.

Can you clarify better how we can stop this duplicate rating issue?
What are all the cases where the gateway will try to re-send the EDR automatically, and where do we trap it?
