Symptoms


No Data Loaded to Demantra even though Collect Bookings and Shipment History completes
Error in seen  t_scr_items_tmpl_err table
Code IS NULL - t_ep_i_att_1;
Collect Shipment and booking history concurrent request is now 'completing' with no errors or warnings in the Requests screen but did not bring in any data to Demantra

Steps
-----
Run collect shipment and booking history

In the process of fixing this, while running Demantra collections, this error is seen in concurrent request log:
