SR (Service Request) Created In WAM Does Not Create An FA In CCB (Doc ID 1180192.1)

Symptoms

SR created in WAM does not create an FA in CCB even though all configuration has been taken care of. The SR is created including a type and problem code included in the integration (BR Product Integration CCB FA Types).A scheduled date, a customer that is in CCB; a service point that is in CCB and it is successfully saved. Then the SR is approved.
