Symptoms
The GRCM 7.8 Admin overrides for Management Assessment workflow are not functioning properly. After updating the e100Server.config with override options and logging in as administrator, you do not get the "Test" buttons and you cannot answer questions on the "Certifications" tab. These are hard-coded to only allow the current workflow user to access them. An Admin user should be able to complete all functions in the Management Assessment workflow when granted the override in the e100Server.config file.
