Symptoms

MBP is generating Planned order for extra quantity and pegging to excess.. Issue was logged in for the same customer for 32 -bit executable, where a fix was provided via Bug 9732545 .
Customer is facing this issue now on 64-bit executable. They had a plan failure because of data and were asked to move to 64-bit exe where the issue surfaced. The fix provided before does not cover 64- bit exe.

Specific example: For item T75FP02520, no safety stock, total on-hand is 326, planner order demand is 760, suggestion plan order should be 760-326=434 not 557?

STEPS:
1. Navigate to Responsibility > Advanced Supply Chain Planner.
2. Run Plan with 64-bit exe.
3. Check the plan output
4. See the excess quantity generated and pegged to excess..
