Goal

How do we correct the setups so we can define an instance with database links in Advanced Planning Administrator / Admin / Instances form?

When trying to enter database links and save, we are getting the message below and cannot save the record with database links in the form.

Currently installed/licensed options of Advanced Supply Chain Planning product do not allow Distributed Instances.
Please consult the implementation guide and upgrade notes for details.
