ServerFailedException Occurs When User Tries to Log into RPAS Client (Doc ID 1188303.1)

Symptoms

On Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) 13.1.2.18, when trying to log into the RPAS Client, the following message occurs:

ServerFailedException (Timed out waiting for RPAS daemon to start up)




In the Daemon log, the following information appears:

DaemonWorker::throwToClient(ServerFailedException (Timed out waiting for RPAS daemon to start up)); DaemonWorker::throwToClient() - failed




In the rpas.log, the following information is present:

BPlusTree configuration pageSize: 8192 bytes pageSplitPercentage: 90% RpasDbServer: could not send port number to DomainDaemon BPlusTree configuration pageSize: 8192 bytes pageSplitPercentage: 90% RpasDbServer: could not send port number to DomainDaemon
