Symptoms

When attempting to run Data Collections, Concurrent Refresh Collection Snapshots fails with the following error:

User-Defined Exception
06-JUL 17:00:48 : CREATE INDEX CSD_REPAIRS_N11 ON CSD_REPAIRS (inventory_org_id ,last_update_date ,REPAIR_MODE ) TABLESPACE APPS_TS_TX_IDX
ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
06-JUL 17:00:52 : CREATE INDEX CSP_REPAIR_PO_HEADERS_N1 ON CSP_REPAIR_PO_HEADERS(WIP_id, REPAIR_PO_HEADER_ID, INVENTORY_ITEM_ID) TABLESPACE APPS_TS_TX_IDX
ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object

STEPS:
1. Navigate to Responsibility > Advanced Supply Chain Planner.
2. Run Data Collections
3. Concurrent Refresh Collection Snapshots fails with the above error
