When attempting to download attachments, the following error occurs.

"The preferred file server:http://xxxxx:8080/Filemgr/AttachmentServlet for user: power.user is down. Please contact the system administrator"

1. Log into Web Client
2. Go to the Attachments tab of an object
3. Try to open the Attachment there
