Diameter Header Command Flag "T" Is Wrongly Set In Diameter Accounting Answer Message (Doc ID 1195303.1)

If a Diameter Accounting Request message has the T -Flag (Potentially re-transmitted message) set in it's Diameter Header Command Flags, the Accounting Answer Message which is sent from the Diameter Collection Cartridge has also set this T-flag in it's Diameter Header Command Flags.
According to RFC 3588-Diameter Based Protocol, the T-flag "MUST NOT be set in answer messages".
