Unable To Login To Any BRM Client Tool (Doc ID 1198383.1)

Goal

On a Windows 7 system, BRM client tools like Customer Center, Pricing Center, and Developer Center are installed. However, one is unable to login to any of these client tools.

While logging to Customer Center or Pricing Center, it pops up error :
     "Unable to connect to the BRM database . Please contact your administrator"

While logging to Developer Center, it pops up error:
     "Incorrect login, try again"

Note: One is able to connect using testnap though.

Below is netstat information about the CM process:

# netstat -lnt | grep 11960
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:11960 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
