=== ODM Issue Clarification ===
On : Application Access Controls Governor (AACG) version 126.96.36.1992:
AACG is used to report segregation of duties(SOD) in the business applications. When using Prevention functionality of AACG in the business application E-Business Suite(EBS), the user is given a responsibility, the responsibility is automatically end dated due to the Prevention Functionality enabled and then the end date is removed to run Conflict Analysis(CA) program to see pending policy violations. All other functionality is working as expected, however, when trying to submit the CA program the following error occurs:

Getting below error while running loadjava/dropjava commands for loading/dropping pea.properties file:

Expect behavior is to be able to submit the CA program successfully and remove the end dates on the responsibility assignments.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into AACG.
2. Create policies or import policies .
3. Go to EBS instance and add responsibilities you created in the policies to a user.
3. The application puts an end date automatically for the responsibility.
4, Click on Actions and navigate to screen where you can remove end date and click on Initiate Conflict Analysis.
5, This shows a prompt error 'AACG CA Server Unreachable'.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cannot run the CA program remove end dates from responsibilities assigned to users and it is causing significant issues and causing delay in their Go Live date. Other functionality of the product are working as expected.
