TMS 4.6.1

Not All TMS Menu Entries Appearing

We have a TMS user (ops$tmsadmin) that has all of the available TMS roles granted to it but when we log in to TMS only the Definition and Repository Maintenance menu items are displayed.

I have checked in Developers Tool Kit and there roles that are listed to allow access to a menu item are granted to this user e.g. TMS_APPROVE from Omission Management etc.

Any ideas why these are not displaying?
