Unable To View The Audit History For A Specific Study (Doc ID 1201426.1)

Symptoms



You wish to review the audit history in RDC Onsite Data Entry. When you click the history tab to review the audit history you receive the following error.

ERROR MESSAGES:

XMLHttp request failed: <XMLHttp_ID> (Servlet error: SQL Exception. Unable to proceed further



The error line from the delog0.log file from the application server throws the following:

at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:534)
