Symptoms
Users are running an ASCP plan. However it fails in MSCNSPWS64 module: Memory Based Snapshot 64 bit Sun with the following error:
ORACLE error 1012 in AFPRSR-Resubmit_Time
Cause: AFPRSR-Resubmit_Time failed due to ORA-01012: not logged on
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: select To_Char(To_Date(Decode(Resubmit_Time,null ,'00:00:00',Res
Routine FDPCLS encountered an error changing request 21089088 status.

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1012 in fetch_lines
Cause: fetch_lines failed due to ORA-01012: not logged on.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: begin fnd_file_private.outfile_get(:s, :b); end; and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
