Last updated on OCTOBER 18, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - Version: 2.1.0 to 2.1.0 - Release: 2.1 to 2.1
Information in this document applies to any platform.

A Customer Contact is created with a Reminder. The TD-CCCB batch job is then executed to create the To Do Entry. A CUSTOM batch program then attempts to add a characteristic to the Customer Contact using the base method com.splwg.ccb.domain.customerinfo.customerContact.CustomerContactCharacteristics.add(<arg1>, <arg2>), however, this causes the following error to occur:

A Log Entry that doesn't trigger a To Do entry may not have the To Do data specified.

If the Reminder Flag has no value, then neither the Assigned To field nor the Trigger Date may be populated.

Either the Reminder Flag must be set or the invalid data must be deleted.
