Symptoms
After changing data e.g. the subevent number for a RDCI from 0 to 1, two records are extracted in the Data Extract view for the same document number.
The duplicates are records on the RECEIVED_DCIS table with a RECEIVED_DCI_STATUS_CODE of "REMOVED", which shouldn't be included.
