Symptoms


PROBLEM
-------------
Unable to launch 'EBS FULL DOWNLOAD' workflow after upgrading
to Demantra version 7.3.0.1.
There were no errors received in any of the logs.

STEPS
--------
1. Login to Demand Management System Administrator responsibility in VCP instance.
2. Run Shipment and Booking History data collection concurrent program
with the parameter LAUNCH EP_LOAD set to Yes.
3. Check EBS Full Download workflow, in the Workflow Manager in Demantra and notice it is not started.
