After Implementing SSL- Unable to Import Items Into AERS (Doc ID 1209216.1)

Symptoms

On : AERS 4.6.1 version

When attempting to import into a document within the AERS folders the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /sso/auth on this server.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oracle-Application-Server-10g/10.1.2.2.0 Oracle-HTTP-Server Server at host.domain.com Port 7777


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into AERS
2. On Case Browse Screen under AERS Folders--> Select a folder ie. 'TEST FOLDER'
3. Under 'Test Folder' right click and select 'Add File'
