Symptoms

Many Cases were incorrectly marked for E2B submission. The submission is scheduled to begin at 17:00 EST. The process used was:

1. Search for cases
2. Select 250 cases
3. Click on the Batch button
4. Select Destination, Form and License type
5. Checked "Save with case, mark as submitted"

6. Checked Transmit
7. Scheduled to run at 17:00
