Goal
IFW received semaphore from customer log rotation AP to set pipeline to false, but the log rotation failed to send back semaphore to ifw to set pipeline to active.
Operator thought ifw is down, removed the registery lock file and started ifw again. So there are two ifw process started with same registery file.
CDR files are rated but in the case but is it possible that ifw will miss some queue information since now two IFWs are doing the dequeue process?
