CMT Import Process Generate A Bad Service_telco_txxxx.Dat File (Doc ID 1212773.1)

Last updated on MARCH 14, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.4.0.0.0 to 7.4.0.0.0 [Release 7.4.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Conversion Management Tool (CMT) import process transforms data from .xml to .dat, but the service_telco_t.dat file is created with corrupt OBJ_ID0 values.

E.g.

In the service_telco_t_108537.dat we have an entry:

81058121899,0

(these values are corresponding to OBJ_ID0 and PRIMARY_NUMBER fields)

But if search for that poid (81058121899) in the service_t_108537.dat, this value can not be found.
Thus, if execute the PCM_OP_READ_OBJ of this service, a CM error due to inconsistency appears.
