Cost Did Not Get Imported with a Value of 0.00 With Item Import via DIM

Symptoms

Items imported using DIMP have their cost set to '0.00' even though the XML has the actual cost value.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Import a jar file containing item information plus costing. For ex: In Itemexport.xml the cost is coming as 500.
2. After DIMP process. Check CO_BRK_SPR_ITM_BS.CP_PNT_BRK_BS_CST for item cost and find that it is set to 0.00.
3. The same issue persists in ORBO and ORCO applications.
