Planning Data Pull Errors Out Right After Refresh Collection Snapshots is Launched

When attempting to run ASCP Data Collections, the following error occurs in Planning Data Pull:
Error in Refresh Snapshot process. Please check log file of request id: ####### on source instance.
The Planning Data Pull reports the Refresh Collection Snapshots error right after Refresh Collection Snapshots is launched. This error causes the entire Planning Data Collection request set to end in error. In the mean time, the Refresh Collection Snapshots
continues and completes successfully on the EBS Source instance.
1. Navigate to Advanced Supply Chain Planning > Collections > Collect From Oracle Systems > Standard Collections
2. Launch the data collections
3. See that Planning Data Pull fails with the said error despite Refresh Collection Snapshots completing successfully on the EBS Source instance.
