OC error 123400: ORA-29280: invalid directory path trying to generate the dcm graphic layout.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------
* Connect to OC
* Go Definition > DCMs > DCMs
* Focus on the DCM, go to Special > Graphic Layout > Generate Default from Scratch
