Goal

Localizing OSM Web Client With Danish Language.
For an English Installation of Windows, how can one enter a non-English data (say Danish) in the OSM web client?
Setting the default keyboard language to Danish, enables the user to type in Danish in a web browser, but not in OSM client. Where do we introduce localization for the same?
