Events are not Triggered Due to System Wide Setting Disable Triggering Events Enabled (Doc ID 1220634.1)

Symptoms

After deploying Java Process Extension (PX) or Script PX successfully and configuring an Extend Action Menu Event, the newly configured Event is not listed in the Actions menu. The same symptoms are observed with Extend Tools Menu Events.

Events configured for other types of triggers are not being triggered as expected.

Deployment of the Java PX succeeds, the Java PX can be selected from the Event Action pull down list in the Event Handler configuration dialog.

Steps
1. Deploy Hello World sample Java PX
2. Configure an Extend Tools Menu Event using the Java PX deployed at step 1
3. Log in Web Client and select the Tools menu
