Failed To Register NP Response Monitor

Every time an archive was initiated in the Configuration Management UI, the error message pops up:

Failed to register NP Response monitor

No archives were created. The audit files were created in the directory:

<IPSA HOME>/AuditTrails/reportsdirectory

however these were not loaded into the DB (not getting deleted).
