Symptoms
User receives the following error when upgrading Argus Safety database from version 4.2 HF1 to 4.2 SP1 HF1B:
Steps to Repeat:
1. Upgrade Argus Safety Database from version 4.2 HF1 to 4.2 SP1 HF1B
2. Observe that the system gives the above mentioned error when it is executing the file Argus_42HF2_Data_Change.sql
