This document contains troubleshooting procedures that may be used if the following type of Billing Engine exception error message response is raised in Network Charging and Control (NCC) server system logs (/var/adm/messages).

 (1) UNSE - Unknown Server Id
 (2) XSER - Couldnt contact either server
 (3) UNMS - Unknown Message
 (4) UNVE - Unknown Version
 (5) MIFD - Missing Field
 (6) TYFD - Bad Field Type
 (7) CRPT - ESCHER message is corrupt.
 (8) DATA - A field contained an illegal value
 (9) VWAR - VWARS  exception
 (10) PLUG - Plugin threw an exception.
 (11)  XABP - Bad Wallet Expiry Extension Type
 (12) XBBP - Bad Balance Expiry Extension Type.
 (13) XMRI - Missing Recharge Info Array
 (14) XERI - Empty Recharge Info Array.
 (15)  XMBI - Missing the bucket recharge info array
 (16)  XEBI - Probable Cause 16
 (17) XBB - Balance In Invalid bucket.
 (18) TIMD - Message Timed Out
