UIM is not responding when doing a Logical Device Account Search when running 7.1.1.b149 build

When performing the search on Logical Device Account and using criteria 'begins with' for ID - the application is not responding. This occurs in UIM 220.127.116.11 build 149 and does not occur in previous patches.
