Symptoms

After invoking PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_AUTHORIZE, then PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_STOP_ACCOUNTING, calling
PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_UPDATE_AND_REAUTHORIZE should result in PIN_ERR_DUPLICATE but instead it encounters SIGSEGV signal and crashes.
