Web Reports Not Retaining Its Decimal Value In The Report Output (Doc ID 1228563.1)

Goal

When running reports through the Web interface, the revenue amounts that are entered are not showing decimal places, (although not rounding numbers either). It seems any numeric value that is entered is not retaining its decimal value in the report output.
