In OSM Server log you may see repeated errors like the following:

ERROR [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '2' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] (?:?) - Failed to process amendment for order ID [xxxx] amendment order ID [yyyy]
com.mslv.oms.handler.OrderNotFoundException: ORA-20012: Order not found. order id = xxxx
