Symptoms

If reporting against PPM to gather PPM login information, it may appear that the LAST_LOGIN_TIME in PS_USER_PROP has incorrect data. For example, when looking at data in HW_SESSION_HISTORY, it's expected that you would see current login sessions from today. However, in some cases, the LAST_LOGIN_TIME can show data from the past (which doesn't match with what is shown in HW_SESSION_HISTORY.
