Symptoms
Success message is passed to upstream application integration application even though the order fails in ASAP, it fails with code 101, and it does not get provisioned. This does not happens to all the orders, on random this behaviour is seen, also if the system is left idle then this problem happens for all the orders. Working around the issue by bouncing ASAP.
