Error: "Invalid user name or password" while user logging to Web Client as LDAP user account on Weblogic server (Doc ID 1231643.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login Web Client by LDAP user account, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid username or password

Fact
-----
1. Java Client preview function is working. Can see LDAP user account.
2. Can sync LDAP user account from Java Client without any issue.
3. LDAP user account cannot login to Web Client and there is no error in application server log file.
4. Application Server is WebLogic


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sycn LDAP user account into PLM system.
2. Active the synced user account in Java client.
3. Attempt to login to Web Client by synced LDAP user account.
