Collection Center Display Issue In Log Column Of Collections Activity Window

Symptoms

How to reproduce:

Login to the "Collection center" as Manager. Verify an account that entered into collections. 
Click on Agent tasks list and select the account entered into the collections.
Click on the scenario, "Collections Activity" to get the pop up window
In the task list you can see that the Status column has "Completed" but the log column  shows "Action pending" instead of "Action updated".

Even after clicking on the specific task, in the "Action History" pop up window, you can see the activities of status changes of "Pending" and "Completed" on the same date.
