Symptoms

The ThirdPartyCall/SIP plug-in does not populate the CDR fields on the EDRs correctly, resulting in empty CDRs. The missing fields are:

FIELD_CDR_START_OF_USAGE, FIELD_CDR_CONNECT_TIME, FIELD_CDR_ORIGINATING_PARTY, FIELD_CDR_DESTINATION_PARTY, FIELD_CDR_AMOUNT_OF_USAGE, FIELD_CALL_INFO, FIELD_CALL_SESSION_ID
