When Login to Web Client, Get Error "The Session Has Been Terminated. Please Login Again." (Doc ID 1236204.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to log into the Agile PLM, the following error occurs.

 

"ERROR the session has been terminated. Please login again."

From the stack trace below, NullPointerException was thrown because the onlineHelpURL was NULL.
