Symptoms

The following error occurs when executing the getOrderByKeyRequest XML API method. 

Exception in getOrderByKeyRequest
java.lang.ClassCastException
at com.metasolv.api.workflow.GetPSROrderSyncPControl.getOrderByKey(Unknown Source)
