IPSA UI Cannot Connect To Server Over VPN Using Juniper SA4000 Network Connect (Doc ID 1237353.1)

Symptoms

When the customer was using version 6.4 of the Juniper Network Connect (NC) VPN client they had problems connecting the IPSA GUI to the Policy Server. The version of NC being used was 6.4 and the previous version which worked ok was 5.3.

Changes

Upgraded the Juniper VPN client software.
