Goal

How can Oracle Business Intelligence be enabled in NMS (Network Management System) if the license file was not updated correctly?

The OPAL model was installed with NMS v1.10.  In order to to integrate NMS v1.10 with  the Oracle Utilities Business Intelligence module, the "bi" module should be mentioned in the OPAL_licensed_products.dat for the product/module to be integrated during setup.  However, if this was not done during the installation of NMS, how can the BI module be enabled post-installation/model setup?
