Users experience poor response time or inability to log in to Webmail -- applies to old Messenger Express, Comms Express (aka UWC), and Convergence.
In the watcher log file, you find:
[<date/time>] Connecting to watcher ...
[<date/time>] Stopping http server <pid> ....... done
[<date/time>] Stopping pop server ...
In the default log, you find:
[<date/time>] <hostname> msprobe[<pid>]: General Critical: mshttpd restart requested
Additionally, there is a core dump from the mshttpd process, but it matches the date/time of the "Stopping http server" message in the watcher log file. Therefore it is not the primary problem. The core dump is a result of the restart request, not the cause of it.
