Users can not Approve or Reject Change Orders Using LDAP Authentication (Doc ID 1244780.1)

Symptoms

When LDAP Users attempting to Approve an ECO, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
invalid approval/rejection password

FACT:
Users are able to login with LDAP username and password.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Agile Web Client
2. Open an ECO that needs an Approval | Click on Approve Button
3. invalid approval/reject password
