Goal

To know more information on the parameter "DiscountMoreThanPossible" of the "FCT_Discount" module of the discounting pipeline.

Q1. What is the reason and purpose for design as when event charge is greater than or equal to total discounted charge, the discount could not be applied?

Q2. When the "DiscountMoreThanPossible" is 0, is the discounted charge always less than or equal to the event charge?

Q3. When the "DiscountMoreThanPossible" is 1, event charge is $5 and discounted charge is $10, could another discount rules granting $10 be applied repeatly ( let say, 10 times) ?

Q4. Similar to Q3, when the "DiscountMoreThanPossible" is 1, event charge is $5 and discounted charge is $ -10, could another discount rules granting $ -10 be applied repeatly?
