Risk Manager (RM) 4.5 Process Hanging and Not Processing Records (Doc ID 1249359.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Risk Manager (RM) 4.5, a Process ID that includes gap, market value and new business is hanging when you try to run it.  In the Server Status Update screen, the process stays on the message "Client Data by Prod" but no records appear to be processed.  The database session is just updating and selecting from the OFSA_REQUEST_QUEUE and OFSA_RESULT_QUEUE tables.

In the /<OFSA Home>/logs directory, the ofsrm.xxxx file does not contain any errors:

The RM process never completes.

Note: Other RM processes that do not include market value, gap or new business complete successfully.
