Symptoms

We are using following rounding configuration for the Euro resource (978):

For Rating : 4 digits | 0  (0 means PIN_BEID_ROUND_NEAREST method)
For Discounting : 4 digits | 0
For Tax : 2 digits | 0
For Account Receivable operations : 4 digits | 0

The rounding precision is adjusted to match configuration of Offers. All Offers (products) including Purchase fee / Cycle fee contain balance impacts rounded to 4 decimal places.

Our question is why configured rounding for EURO resource is not taken into account in event_bal_impacts.amount_deferred field?

Example:
even_bal_impacts.amount = -11.6175
event_bal_impacts.amount_deferred = -11.61745
Note: 50% Discount amount - inconsistency of -0.00005 EUR produced
