Symptoms
When building a cartridge with Design Studio 3.1.1 and successfully deploying the same into our windows environment of OSM and When logging into SOM UI and clicking on worklist, an "ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 3452840 bytes (kkoutlCreatePh,ub1 : kkoabr)” is a common problem for OSM and Design Studio.
